I’m interested in booking the band, how much deposit do you require to secure the booking?
We require a 20% deposit for all bookings private functions (weddings, corporate events, birthday parties etc (unless the event is less than 1 month away).
How long will it take the band to set up?
We can usually set up and sound check within 1 hour; it may take us a little longer if we are unable to park directly outside the venue, or need to carry kit up stairs or load into lifts. We will work with you to make sure we fit in with your events time plan.
How long can you perform for, and how many sets do you perform?
We can perform for a maximum of two hours, although experience has shown that 2 x 45 minute sets (plus a couple of encores) is ideal for weddings and parties. If preferred we can perform 3 x 30 minute sets, or 1 x 45 minute set and 1 x 1 hour set.
What time can you arrive at the venue?
We usually arrive at the venue anywhere between 5:30pm and 7pm, depending on our clients time plan for the event.
We would like you to perform our first dance, would that be possible?
Absolutely, we have performed the first dance for many happy couples. All we ask is that you give us at least 4 weeks notice, and that the chosen song is suitable for a live band.
We aren’t hiring a DJ, can we play some music through your PA?
Yes. Just bring along a laptop or mp3 player, and we can hook it up to our PA system. We usually recommend creating a playlist of music, that can run in between our sets.
